The addition of a Projet MJP 2500 to our collection of Solidscape MAX2 printers allows us to better the competition. Higher resolution with speed and accuracy, give our experienced team the ability to produce the most intricate jewelry at a rapid pace.
STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY
Our CAD software, Rhino 6 and Matrix (Nurbs based modelers) along with Magics make the transaction between equipment seamless for us to produce high precision wax patterns ready for casting. Our ability to quickly adjust models for high cast yields allows low cost per part for our customers.
SUPERIOR CASTING RESULTS
Projet MJP 2500 and Solidscape 3Z® Support materials produce extremely smooth wax parts that accurately reproduce the most intricate of geometries while eliminating the need for manual post-production refining processes.
The MJP 2500 speed and plate size (8.5x 12.5) allow us to quickly produce production launches. We can go directly from Art to Part with the ability to print over a 100 units per plate, in a matter of hours. This speed and accuracy allow our experienced team the ability to make Superior castings on both three-dimensional printing machines. Both waxes are fast melt out, no ash or residue, and no thermal expansion
